Journey on “Sunflower- meeting backward youths to reintegrate into the community"

Provincial Police Agency’s Youth Union in collaboration with provincial Youth Federation has just organized a meeting with two backward youths to reintegrate into the community in 2 wards of Phu Tan and Hiep An in Thu Dau Mot city.

It is known that after a period of undergoing detoxification, V.D.T. (born in 1995, permanently residing in Thu Dau Mot city’s Phu Tan ward) returned home and started a new life. With constant encouragement and support from his family, local authorities and Youth Union, he realized his mistake and was determined to rebuild his life, striving to get vocational training and secure a stable job to take care of himself and his relatives and families not to betray the love and support of family and mass organizations.

Meanwhile, V.A.K. (born in 1994, permanently residing in Hiep An ward) committed the act of "Intentionally causing injury" and was punished by imprisonment from 2013 to 2015, due to impulsiveness and failure to control himself. After completing the prison sentence, being aware of his own wrongdoing, he has actively trained himself, well observed the Party, the State’s policies, laws and local regulations and had no more negative manifestations, causing disorder in the locality.
