According to reports, in May 2023, industrial production index of the province is estimated to increase by 2.7% compared to the previous month; accumulated over first 5 months of 2023, increased by 2.1% over the same period in 2022. Total retail sales of goods and services in the province is estimated at 25,899 billion VND, up 3.2% over the previous month; accumulated over the first 5 months reached VND 123,648 billion, up 14.5% over the same period in 2022. The province's export turnover is estimated at 3 billion USD, up 17.1% over the previous month.
Concluding the meeting, Mr. Vo Van Minh, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee, asked competent branches and localities to speed up the preparation and submission for appraisal and approval of construction planning documents and urban general planning; continue to review and resolve problems in commercial and social housing projects; Department of Transport cooperate to prepare for investment in key projects of Ring Road 3, Ring road 4, Ho Chi Minh City - Chon Thanh Expressway...
