Di An City implements 200 online public services at level 3 and level 4

People's Committee of Di An City has implemented 200 online public services at level 3 and level 4. In which, there are 44 public services at level 3, 156 public services at level 4. The number of level 3 and level 4 online public services applied to ward-level People's Committee is 86 public services, of which 61 public services level 3 and 25 public services level 4. The rate of online public services at level 3 and level 4 of Di An City is 200/277 (reaching 72%). The number of applications submitted and processed online is 518 compared to 151,735 applications filed in conventional way.

In order to effectively apply online public services level 3 and level 4 in the coming time, in addition to annual solutions, People's Committee of Di An City will provide training for civil servants of OSS units of City People's Committee and ward-level People's Committees; strengthen the assistance for people in using level 3 and level 4 public services implemented, as people come directly to submit dossiers.
