Over VND8.5billion raised for provincial Sponsoring Association for Disabled People, Orphans and Poor Patients

The Executive Board of provincial Sponsoring Association for Disabled People, Orphans and Poor Patients has just forwarded a conference with focus on approving a draft report on activities in 2017 and orientations, tasks for 2018.

In 2017, the association and its branches actively coordinated with relevant agencies to offer help to disabled people, orphans and poor patients via significant activities such as visiting, presenting gifts, providing free medical check-up, awarding scholarships, building charity houses…More than VND8.5billion was raised for the fund of the association. On this occasion, 3 collectives and 5 individuals were awarded the certificates of merit of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Sponsoring Association of Disabled People, Orphans and Poor Patients. Provincial People’s Committee also presented the certificates of merit to 4 collectives, 19 individuals for their excellent performance in the local task of supporting disabled people, orphans and poor patients over the past time.
