Propagation on handling online records promoted

Up to now, administrative procedures in the province have been conducted online at levels 3 and 4. There are 10 out of 19 sectors, departments in the province having records arising at levels 3 and 4 processed through 3 methods. However, most online documents are done on websites, systems of ministries and sectors (accounting for 89.8% of all documents made online). The rate of documents arising at levels 3 and 4 on provincial Public Service Portal and via the National Public Service Portal is still low (10.2%).

Accordingly, provincial People's Committee has directed departments, sectors, districts, towns and cities to regularly disseminate so that people know and implement the levels 3 and 4 documents on provincial Public Service Portal and through the National Public Service Portal.
